Levente Móró is a PhD candidate at the Centre for Cognitive Neuroscience in the University of Turku, Finland. He works in the Consciousness Research Group on the topic of altered states of consciousness (ASC), particularly on dreaming, hypnosis, hallucinations, and psychedelics. He is an affiliate member of the Finnish Doctoral School of Psychology and currently an invited lecturer of a special course on the topic of altered states of consciousness at the Dharma Gate Buddhist University in Budapest, Hungary. Holding a MSc degree in information technology, Levente Móró is occasionally involved also in providing IT engineering solutions for special data processing in various EEG and TMS research projects. As a specialist in psychoactive substances, he is also committed to online drug information providing, drug policy reform advocacy, and drug-related harm reduction work.
